This course is suitable for strategic personnel with strategic responsibility for determining and implementing effective health and safety management systems within their school. This would be perfect for members of the Senior Leadership Teams in schools and would also appeal to Governors. | Training objectives | COURSE OBJECTIVES: Provide a recognised and accredited IOSH qualification for school managers. Understand the key legal requirements and standards to be achieved within the school Understand how accidents occur, and how to implement simple systems to prevent them, also to ensure correct protocols are followed in the event of an accident to reduce criminal / civil liability and reassure colleagues and caregivers etc. Know how to conduct a risk assessment, and to implement a risk assessment strategy throughout the school.
