Governor recruitment event

Thursday 7th March 2024 online 6-8pm

Do you want to make a difference to your local community?

Ealing Learning Partnership (Ealing Council)  in partnership with Governors for Schools are holding an online information session for you to find out how you can support education in your local community through volunteering as a school governor/trustee.

Schools rely heavily on the professional skills of their volunteer governors to help drive improvement by working closely with headteachers and senior leaders to set strategic direction, and monitor and evaluate pupil progress. By becoming a school governor you can enhance your professional skills and make a real difference to education in the process.

At the event you will have the chance to hear from Ealing governors / trustees and headteachers and have the opportunity to ask questions.
