| Event description | The DfE’s Governance Handbook outlines three core functions of governance. The first of these is “to ensure clarity of vision, ethos and strategic direction,” which is also referred to in Ofsted’s expectations of governance. Strategic Leadership is also one of the key features of effective governance described in the DfE’s Competency Framework. This online session will incorporate presentation with activities and group discussion.
