This course will support school leaders and governors to review their school policies to ensure that they are fair and equitable to all members of the school community, with a particular focus on racial discrimination and inequality. Examples of policies that schools may wish to review include behaviour policies, anti-bullying policy, exclusions policy and the school uniform policy. |
