Event description Publishing children's work online can achieve:
a) increased motivation. Children want to produce their best work.
b) increased purposeful use of technology. Children's online work can include multimedia, surveys, quizzes, graphs, stop-frame animations, animations and games created by programming.
c) constructive peer to peer assessment and feedback,
d) increased awareness of how to stay safe online
e) increased parental engagement and awareness of children's abilities.
This relies on schools developing use of the LGfL "Just 2 Easy" online software suite. All LGfL schools have access to this. 
Training objectives You will learn how to:
- Use the LGfL "Just 2 Easy" online software tools to create a variety work (multimedia / data handling / coding etc)
- Use the j2webby "Dashboard" to control which "posts" and which "comments" are published on your school blog site.
- Develop children's writing through constructive comments
- Develop and sustain the project 
Target Group Aimed at any teacher from Y2 upwards that would like to motivate children to write with the potentially whole world as their audience. Particularly relevant for Literacy leads. Course ONLY appropriate to LGfL subscribing schools.
